•   all updates will be sent through a group chat, so please make sure you are following me so i can add you.
•   please read all updates carefully and ask questions if you are unsure about anything.
▍ ❝   claiming.
•   please only claim if you are 100% sure you can pay.
•   claims are not secured until payment is completed.
•   no backouts unless you find a replacement.
•   if you need to drop your claim, please let me know as soon as possible. you can only drop claims with a replacent!
•   ghosting will result in removal from future GOs.

▍ ❝   payment .
•   payment methods: paypal, cash app, venmo, zelle, cc (cc only if you've bought from me before or have 50+ cc proofs)
•   notes must include "lixielovs" + your claim emoji only.
•   ems will be split between joiners and collected with doms.
•   please send payments by the deadline given.
•   refunds are only available if the seller cancels or the item becomes unavailable.
▍ ❝   deadlines.
•   late fee is $1 every 24 hours after the payment deadline.
•   if there is no response after 48 hours, your claim will be raffled.
•   repeated late payments may result in being removed from future GOs.
•   one week no payment without updates will lead to your claim being dropped without a refund

•   sorting will be done after all payments and items are received
•   please be patient during sorting and packing
•   updates will be posted in the group chat
